Bearing

  • Product Introduction: Bearing is an important component that supports mechanical rotation. It can effectively reduce the friction coefficient during its movement and ensure the accuracy of rotation. The bearing is mainly composed of an inner ring, an outer ring, rolling elements and a rolling element cage. The inner ring is tightly sleeved on the journal and rotates with the shaft. The outer ring is installed in the bearing seat hole. There are raceways on the outer circumference of the inner ring and the inner circumference of the outer ring. When the inner and outer rings rotate relative to each other, the rolling elements roll on the raceways of the inner and outer rings. They are separated by cages to avoid mutual friction.

Belt conveyor

Cast steel ball

  • Product Introduction: Casting steel balls (casting grinding balls) are made by heating scrap steel, scrap iron and other waste materials using an intermediate frequency electric furnace to fully melt the materials. During the melting process of the materials, an appropriate amount of precious metal alloys (such as ferrochrome, ferromanganese, ferrovanadium, etc.) are added to the furnace. The chemical composition is quenched and tempered inside, and after the temperature of the molten iron reaches above 1550°C and meets the requirements of the process regulations, the qualified molten iron is poured into the steel ball mold or the steel ball production line mold, so that the steel balls smelted through casting are cast steel balls.

Ceramic vacuum filter
