Rubber flotation machine rotor stator

  • Product Introduction: The rubber-lined flotation machine rotor and stator are the central accessories of the flotation machine. It is made of steel as the skeleton material, rubber with excellent wear-resistant, anti-corrosion and oil-resistant properties as the wear-resistant layer, and compounded by a special vulcanization process using high-performance adhesive. Rubber lining

  • Product Introduction: A traditional and widely used vibrating screen machine, mostly used for screening medium and fine particles.
  • Capacity: 20～300t/h
  • Applications: Huston vibrating screening machine is mainly suitable for classifying medium and fine particles in mining processing plants.
  • Product Improvements: The screening equipment uses wear-resistant rubber to make elastic stoppers; and adopts the company’s utility model technology: a seat-type vibrating screen jacking device.

SF type mechanical stirring flotation machine

  • Product Introduction: A self-priming slurry and self-priming SF type mechanical stirring flotation machine.
  • Capacity: 0.24～12m3/min
  • Applications: It can be widely used for the separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for roughing and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants.
  • Product Improvements: The impeller of the flotation machine has backward-inclined blades on both sides, which can realize double circulation of the slurry in the tank; the forward-inclined tank body has small dead angles and fast foam movement.

  • Product Introduction: A shaking table equipment that utilizes the asymmetric reciprocating motion of the bed surface to separate light and heavy minerals.
  • Capacity: 0.1～1.8 t/h
  • Applications: The 6s shaking table equipment can be used for different operations such as roughing, selection, and sweeping, and can select different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and slime (-0.074). When processing tungsten, tin and other ores, the effective recovery particle size range of the 6s shaking table is 2-0.22 mm, and can also be used to sort iron and manganese ores.
  • Product Improvements: Huston mineral processing shaking table equipment adopts a cam lever bed head. Changing the position of the sliding head on the rocker arm can adjust the stroke, and the stroke frequency is adjusted by a smooth motor pulley.

Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher

  • Product Introduction: A medium and fine crusher that uses a hydraulic system to adjust the ore discharge port and for overload protection.
  • Capacity: 5～750t/h
  • Applications: Cone crusher can be widely used in mining and sand and gravel aggregate industries, and is suitable for crushing various materials with medium hardness and above. Such as iron ore, non-ferrous metals, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone, river pebbles and other ores and rocks.
  • Product Improvements: Both the upper and lower ends of the main shaft are supported, the shape of the crushing chamber is designed more scientifically, and the hydraulic and lubrication systems are controlled by double insurance.

Spiral groove scrubber

  • Product Introduction: A washing equipment that mechanically classifies solid particles with different specific gravity at different settling speeds in the liquid.
  • Capacity: 35-50t/h
  • Applications: Huston Mining’s spiral groove scrubbing machine has a better ore washing effect for ores containing a certain proportion of mud, and has been widely used in ore washing and desliming operations such as phosphate ore and iron ore. It is particularly effective in breaking up sticky mud balls and is suitable for processing difficult-to-wash ores with less large ore and more mud. It is not suitable for handling brittle materials.

Spring Cone Crusher

  • Product Introduction: A medium and fine crusher equipment, the spring is both a safety device and affects the crushing force.
  • Capacity: 12～1000t/h
  • Applications: Cone crusher mainly crushes ores and rocks with medium or above hardness, such as iron ore, copper ore, limestone, granite, quartz, etc. The shape of the crushing chamber is determined by the purpose of the ore: the standard type is suitable for medium crushing; the medium type is suitable for medium and fine crushing; the short head cone crusher is suitable for fine crushing.
  • Product Improvements: The mining crusher incorporates the accumulator into the fixed cone hydraulic locking system to run more smoothly. The moving cone is supported and suspended by spherical bearings; it adopts a water-sealing and dust-proof device to ensure long-lasting sealing.

Straight cylinder energy-saving overflow ball mill

  • Product Introduction: A high-efficiency and energy-saving overflow ball mill using rolling bearings.
  • Capacity: Up to 160t/h
  • Applications: Huston straight ball mill is often used to grind ore with finer fineness.
  • Product Improvements: The transmission of this straight overflow ball mill uses rolling bearings instead of sliding bearings, which greatly reduces friction, makes it easy to start, and saves 20-30% energy.

Submersible slurry pump

  • Product Introduction: A submersible slurry pump with a super wear-resistant index.
  • Capacity: Flow ≤105m3/h
  • Applications: Huston submersible pumps are mainly used in metal and non-metal mining, chemical industry, papermaking, agriculture, food and other industries to pump mud, thick liquid and suspended matter in sewage operations.
  • Product Improvements: The impeller is molded from super wear-resistant rubber, with a wear-resistant index of 128%.

Submersible spiral classifier

  • Product Introduction: A classifier equipment in which the overflow end spiral is completely submerged under the liquid surface.
  • Capacity: 50～1410 t/d
  • Applications: The spiral blades at the overflow end of the submersible spiral classifier are all immersed below the overflow surface. It is mainly suitable for classifying ores with an overflow particle size of 0.15~0.07mm.
  • Product Improvements: The sand return end of the Huston sunken spiral classifier is equipped with an automatic sand return lifting device, which can eliminate the configuration of the large spoon head of the ball mill and make the ball mill run more smoothly.
