  • Applications: Huston three-way reversing valve is mainly used for the transportation of slurries such as slurry, slag, and tailings, as well as various backup slurry pump drainage systems and chemical corrosive substances.
  • Product Improvements: Huston three-way automatic reversing valve adopts a ball valve design, relying on the flow of slurry to drive the ball to one of the pipeline outlets and seal it.

Trough feeder

  • Applications: This feeder is suitable for short-distance transportation of block materials with a feed particle size of less than 160 mm. In mining, dressing plants, chemical industry, cement, building materials and other departments, it is widely used for uniform and continuous feeding from storage silos to crushing, transportation and other machinery.
  • Product Improvements: According to user requirements, the motor can be changed to a speed-regulating motor to adjust the ore feeding amount.

Two-layer (three-layer) washing and thickening machine

  • Product Improvements: Huston wet energy-saving lattice ball mill adopts grooved annular lining plate, which increases the ball ore contact surface, strengthens the grinding effect, and has the ability to lift the ore, reducing energy consumption.

Wet Grid Type Ball Mill

  • Product Introduction: A traditional ball mill equipment that relies on forced discharge of ore through a discharge grid.
  • Capacity: 900mm～4500mm
  • Applications: This wet grid ball mill is often used to grind ores with coarser particle sizes.
  • Product Improvements: The jacking device adopts the hydraulic jacking device developed by Huston. When the ball mill is being repaired, the hydraulic jack can be raised and lowered by simply operating the handle of the hydraulic station. The lifting height can reach 400mm. Compared with ordinary jacking devices, the operation is simpler, more convenient and faster, and the maintenance cost is lower.

Wet overflow ball mill

  • Product Introduction: A ball mill with a simple structure that relies on the gravity flow of slurry to discharge ore.
  • Capacity: 0.17～170t/h
  • Applications: This type of wet overflow ball mill is often used to grind ores with finer fineness.
  • Product Improvements: The wet overflow ball mill adds a slow transmission system. When the ball mill is started, the low-speed slow transmission runs first, and the high-speed main motor transmission system runs last, which not only saves energy consumption, but also reduces the impact on the ball mill equipment and power grid system.

Wet rod mill

  • Product Introduction: A grinding machine using steel rods as the grinding medium.
  • Capacity: 0.62～250t/h
  • Applications: Rod mill is mainly used for rough grinding operations. It is suitable for fine crushing and coarse grinding of ores in section open road grinding, and is especially suitable for processing brittle materials.
  • Product Improvements: Huston wet rod mill has three types of rod mills: overflow rod mill, end peripheral discharge rod mill, and center peripheral discharge rod mill, which can meet the different needs of customers.

Wet wear-resistant rubber sheet

  • Product Introduction: High-resistant rubber sheets are Huston’s domestically mature “liquid nanoformula • room temperature high-frequency curing” rubber-making process developed through continuous exploration and research. This rubber-making process broke the foreign monopoly of China in the field of liquid rubber-making for more than 80 years, and was successfully included in the Yantai Science and Technology Development Plan by the Yantai Science and Technology Bureau.
  • Product Features: This wear-resistant rubber is at the international level in terms of wear resistance, resilience, and tear resistance. Its wear resistance index reaches 128%, rebound reaches 80%, tensile strength reaches 23.5MP, and tear strength reaches 168N/mm.

XCF type inflatable stirring flotation machine

  • Product Introduction: A self-priming slurry inflatable mechanical agitator XCF type inflatable agitator flotation machine (used as the suction tank of the KYF flotation machine).
  • Capacity: 0.2～38 m³/min
  • Applications: It can be widely used for the separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for roughing and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants.
  • Product Improvements: The tank body of this machine is the same as that of the KYF flotation machine. The difference is that there is a cover plate above the impeller to form a negative pressure area that can self-prime the slurry, but the power consumption is slightly higher.

XJB rod flotation machine

  • Product Introduction: A self-priming mechanically stirred XJB rod flotation machine.
  • Capacity: 1.5～4 m³/min
  • Applications: XJB rod flotation machine is suitable for medium and small-sized mineral processing plants to process metal ores with high density and coarse particle size. It can be used in various flotation operations, especially for the separation of lead, zinc, copper, molybdenum, sulfur and silica sand.
  • Product Improvements: There is a boss between the tank bottom and the rods of this flotation equipment, which acts as a guide and can speed up the speed of the slurry-gas mixture rushing to the bottom of the tank; there is an arc-shaped flow stabilizing plate between the tank bottom and the rods, which can move around the tank body so that it can be evenly distributed in the tank and move in a W-shaped trajectory.

XPA type wear-resistant rubber slurry pump

  • Product Introduction: A centrifugal slurry pump suitable for conveying slurry concentration within 65%.
  • Capacity: Flow rate≤1500m3/h
  • Applications: Huston wear-resistant slurry pumps are suitable for handling abrasive slurries or corrosive fluids containing solid materials, exceeding those of metal and other types of pumps.
  • Product Improvements: The use of molded wear-resistant flow parts makes the internal fluid smoother and faster, reduces internal fluid disorder, and improves the efficiency of the slurry pump. In addition, the wear resistance index of wear-resistant flow parts can reach 128%, which is super wear-resistant, allowing the slurry pump to be used longer.
