Belt feeder
- Product Introduction: A mining feeder that can withstand greater pressure and is used as mining equipment.
- Capacity: 10~450t/h
- Applications: Belt feeders can be widely used in metallurgy, mineral processing, building materials, water and electricity and other departments. It can be used to transport various block and granular bulk materials with a bulk density of 0.5~2.5t/. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be transported by a single unit, or it can be composed of multiple units or combined with other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system to meet the needs of different layouts of operating lines.
- Product Improvements: A speed-regulating motor is used to adjust the ore feeding amount by changing the belt speed.
Advantages and Features
- There are two ways to adjust the production capacity of the belt feeding machine. One is to adjust the speed of the AC speed-regulating motor, and the other is to adjust the insertion depth of the adjusting gate installed on the feeding funnel

Working Principle
The material is fed to the belt surface of the belt feeder through the feeding funnel. With the rotation of the AC speed-regulating motor, the belt slowly moves forward. The material on the belt surface is fed into the next process through the first round to achieve continuous feeding.

Case Study
A mineral processing plant in Henan wanted a feeder to transport tungsten ore weighing 2 tons. The vibration motor used at first often burned out. Due to the small maintenance space and no lifting facilities, the maintenance was not only intensive but also very unsafe.
