Permanent magnet cylinder magnetic separator

  • Product Introduction: A wet permanent magnet magnetic separator that is commonly used to select highly magnetic minerals.

  • Applications: 1. CTBY pre-selection uses permanent magnet drum type magnetic separator: It is suitable for wet pre-selection before the magnetite enters the mill after fine crushing. The selected particle size is below 10mm. 2. CTBC rough selection uses permanent magnet drum magnetic separator: It is suitable for coarse separation after one-stage grinding of magnetite, multi-stage grinding or rough separation when recovering magnetic minerals from tailings after non-ferrous metal separation. The selected particle size is below 4mm. 3. CTBJ Permanent Magnet Drum Magnetic Separator for Selection: It is suitable for further selection of coarse concentrate after grinding, classification and roughing of magnetite. The selected particle size is below 2mm. 4. Permanent magnet cylinder magnetic separator for CTBN concentration: It is suitable for the concentration magnetic separation of magnetite grinding and classification return sand before returning to the mill, and the concentration magnetic separation of magnetite concentrate before entering the filter. The selected particle size is below 4mm.
  • Product Improvements: Magnetic materials include high performance, high coercivity, high remanence and neodymium iron boron materials; the surface of the cylinder can be lined with wear-resistant rubber.

pinch valve

  • Product Introduction: A wear-resistant pinch valve with corrosion resistance and very strong sealing performance.

  • Applications: The wear-resistant pinch valve is suitable for various abrasive and non-abrasive pipeline transportation, uniform addition of chemicals in chemical industry and mining, uniform ore discharging in mining mineral processing process, etc.
  • Product Improvements: Huston uses high-wear-resistant rubber as the lining of the pinch valve. Its wear-resistant strength can reach 128% and its service life is more than twice that of ordinary rubber. Using it as the valve core of the pinch valve makes the pinch valve more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with good sealing and long-lasting use.

Pipe sampler

  • Product Introduction: An automatic sampler for taking slurry samples from closed pipes.
  • Capacity: Minimum 1 minute/time
  • Applications: Huston pipeline automatic sampler is suitable for petroleum, mineral detection, mining, and chemical sampling.
  • Product Improvements: The fully automatic pipeline sampler can set the sampling time interval, with a minimum sampling interval of 1 minute/time, and can be adjusted at will according to the needs of laboratory personnel. The samples taken are representative and can intuitively reflect the changes in the pulp (ore powder) within a certain period of time.

plate feeder

  • Product Introduction: A feeder equipment used for short-distance conveying.
  • Capacity: 15~400m3/h
  • Applications: It is widely used in crushing and grading workshops of large mineral processing plants and cement. In building materials and other departments, it is used as a silo to continuously and evenly feed materials to the primary crusher. It can also be used to transport materials with larger particle size and specific gravity over short distances. Transportation and other machinery can feed materials evenly and continuously. It can be installed horizontally or tilted, and its upward inclination angle is 20°.
  • Product Improvements: It can be divided into three types: heavy-duty apron feeder, medium-sized apron feeder and light-duty apron feeder. Reasonable apron feeder equipment can be equipped according to user needs.

Polyurethane flotation machine rotor stator

  • Applications: Huston Raymond Mill can grind various non-flammable and explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%; such as cement (uncooked clinker), talc, feldspar, quartz, slag, mica, calcite, limestone, barite, potassium sulfate, bentonite, and more than a thousand kinds of materials.
  • Product Improvements: The unique air self-circulation system, coupled with a mature dust collector, implements the environmental protection concept to the end. The grinding roller assembly is connected through a tie rod and a high-pressure spring, and the force generated avoids the loss of equipment by large pieces of material. The elastic connection between the host machine and the powder separator reduces vibration and noise and increases the service life of the equipment.

Reducer

  • Product Introduction: The reducer is a device that reduces the mechanical speed. It is an independent component consisting of a gear rotation and a worm rotation enclosed in a steel shell. The purpose of deceleration is achieved by passing the motor or other high-speed running power through the gear with a small number of teeth on the input shaft of the reducer and meshing with the large gear on the output shaft.

  • Product Improvements: Made of No. 35 red rubber, the wear resistance index exceeds 128%, and the anti-corrosion and wear resistance is very strong. When it is immersed in a sulfuric acid solution with a concentration of 30%, at a high temperature of 90°C, the performance of the rubber will not change significantly after 48 hours.
