- Product Introduction: A conveying equipment that uses a driving device to drive a spiral to rotate and move materials to achieve conveying purposes.
- Capacity: 3-139t/h
- Applications: Screw conveyors are mainly used to transport powdery, granular and small-block materials, such as ore powder, coal powder, soda ash, recycled rubber powder, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate and small pieces of coal. They are not suitable for transporting materials that are perishable, sticky and easy to agglomerate.

Working Principle
It consists of a driving device that closes the trough box and a screw. The material in the trough box is pushed out by the rotation of the screw. The force that prevents the material from rotating together with the screw conveyor blades is the weight of the material itself and the frictional resistance of the screw conveyor casing to the material.

Case Study
Huston Mining provided a full mining industry chain service (EPC+M+O) project for a gold mine tailings cyanide removal project in Mongolia. In the material transportation stage, Huston Mining customized two types of conveying equipment, belt conveyors and screw conveyors, for this project. Among them, the screw conveyor has good sealing, reliable operation, and is convenient for intermediate loading and unloading. The conveying direction can be reversed or can be conveyed in two opposite directions at the same time, which improves the material conveying efficiency.
