Belt feeder

Disc feeder

  • Product Introduction: A traditional continuous feeding equipment for powdery materials.
  • Capacity: 0~88.4t/h
  • Applications: The disc feeder is suitable for feeding various non-viscous materials, but is not suitable for powdery materials with good fluidity. It is suitable for hanging on steel structural components and installed under the hopper for continuous feeding in departments such as mineral processing plants, smelting plants, cement plants, sand mines, and mechanized casting workshops.

Electromagnetic vibrating feeder

  • Applications: It can be widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, electric power, machinery, food and other industries. It is used to feed lumpy granular and powdery materials from silos or hoppers to the material receiving device evenly, continuously or quantitatively. It can also be used for automatic batching, quantitative packaging, etc., and can be used in automatically controlled processes to realize the automation of the production process.

plate feeder

  • Product Introduction: A feeder equipment used for short-distance conveying.
  • Capacity: 15~400m3/h
  • Applications: It is widely used in crushing and grading workshops of large mineral processing plants and cement. In building materials and other departments, it is used as a silo to continuously and evenly feed materials to the primary crusher. It can also be used to transport materials with larger particle size and specific gravity over short distances. Transportation and other machinery can feed materials evenly and continuously.   • Applications: This feeder is suitable for short-distance transportation of block materials with a feed particle size of less than 160 mm. In mining, dressing plants, chemical industry, cement, building materials and other departments, it is widely used for uniform and continuous feeding from storage silos to crushing, transportation and other machinery.
