Advantages and Features
The vibrating feeder has the advantages of simple structure, easy installation, stable vibration, reliable operation, long life, easy maintenance and repair, easy to realize automatic control, etc. It adopts a biaxial vibrator to vibrate linearly and complete the screening process while feeding, which improves the utilization rate of the equipment and reduces the cost. It can continuously and evenly feed the coarse crusher and coarsely screen the materials at the same time. It can optionally be equipped with a variable frequency speed motor to adjust the frequency to change the output, which facilitates control of the feed amount and does not require frequent starting of the motor.
Working Principle
The exciter of the vibrating feeder is composed of two eccentric shafts at specific positions meshed with gears. During assembly, the two gears must be meshed according to the marks. The two eccentric shafts are driven by the motor to rotate, thereby generating a huge synthetic linear excitation force, which forces the body to vibrate on the support spring. The material uses this vibration as power to slide and throw on the trough, thereby moving the material forward to achieve the purpose of feeding. When the materials pass through the screen bars on the tank body, smaller materials can fall through the gaps between the screen bars without going through the next crushing process, thus achieving a screening effect.
