Knife gate valve

  • Applications: Huston knife-type gate valve is a large-opening and large-closing type. It is mainly used for abrasive and corrosive slurry media under working conditions that require full opening and full closing, such as cyclone feeding, double-circuit pipelines, etc.
  • Product Improvements: The knife gate valve uses special liquid rubber technology to develop wear-resistant rubber as the valve lining. Its elasticity exceeds 80%, ensuring a tight fit between the gap-free gate valve and the gate plate without leakage.

pinch valve

  • Product Introduction: A wear-resistant pinch valve with corrosion resistance and very strong sealing performance.
  • Capacity: 1.6MPa/cm2
  • Applications: The wear-resistant pinch valve is suitable for various abrasive and non-abrasive pipeline transportation, uniform addition of chemicals in chemical industry and mining, uniform ore discharging in mining mineral processing process, etc.
  • Product Improvements: Huston uses high-wear-resistant rubber as the lining of the pinch valve. Its wear-resistant strength can reach 128% and its service life is more than twice that of ordinary rubber. Using it as the valve core of the pinch valve makes the pinch valve more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with good sealing and long-lasting use.

Rubber check valve

  • Product Introduction: A rubber check valve made of wear-resistant materials and easy to release and shut off, also known as “duckbill valve”.
  • Capacity: 0.001Mdda
  • Applications: Huston rubber check valves are widely used in various water outlets such as coasts, beaches, docks, reservoirs, municipal flood drainage, sewage tank discharges, odor barriers, pumping station systems, etc. It can completely remove debris without causing lax closure, and has maximum pipeline circulation capacity.
  • Product Improvements: Made of No. 35 red rubber, the wear resistance index exceeds 128%, and the anti-corrosion and wear resistance is very strong. When it is immersed in a sulfuric acid solution with a concentration of 30%, at a high temperature of 90°C, the performance of the rubber will not change significantly after 48 hours.

Three-way automatic reversing valve

  • Product Introduction: A three-way automatic directional valve controlled by only one valve.
  • Capacity: ≤0.7MPa
  • Applications: Huston three-way reversing valve is mainly used for the transportation of slurries such as slurry, slag, and tailings, as well as various backup slurry pump drainage systems and chemical corrosive substances.
  • Product Improvements: Huston three-way automatic reversing valve adopts a ball valve design, relying on the flow of slurry to drive the ball to one of the pipeline outlets and seal it.
