High-efficiency high-frequency dewatering screen
- Product Introduction: A uniquely designed dehydration equipment with large processing capacity and sufficient dehydration.

- Applications: Huston high-frequency vibrating dewatering screens are widely used in filtration and dehydration equipment industries such as tailings dry discharge, concentrate dehydration, slurry concentration, chip removal, and carbon slurry separation. Huston high-efficiency dehydration screen is particularly suitable for processing fine-grained minerals. It can also be used in conjunction with Huston XC series cyclones to achieve higher and more complete dehydration efficiency. It can be widely used in tailings dry discharge, concentrate dehydration and other operations.
- Product Improvements: The Huston tailings dewatering screen adopts the opening method on the side of the screen plate, which allows part of the water to flow out quickly from the hole, speeding up the dehydration speed. In addition, it also avoids damage caused by water splashing onto the motor.

Working Principle
Huston high-efficiency dewatering screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric block, and adjustable amplitude vibrator. The screen is mainly composed of screen box, vibrator, support system and motor. Two unrelated vibrators run in opposite directions synchronously, and the centrifugal forces generated by the two sets of eccentric masses are superimposed along the vibration direction, and the reverse centrifugal force is offset, thereby forming a single excited vibration along the vibration direction, causing the screen box to make reciprocating linear motion.

Case Study
A gold ore dressing plant in Northeast China has a large ore processing capacity.
