  • Applications: The mineral processing spiral chute is mainly used to separate iron, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium, gold ore, coal mine, monazite, rutile, zircon and other metal and non-metallic minerals with sufficient specific gravity difference.
  • Product Improvements: There are three kinds of mineral processing chute: fiberglass chute, wear-resistant rubber lining, and polyurethane rubber lining chute, for users to choose independently.

Jig

  • Product Introduction: A gravity separation equipment that utilizes the different sedimentation speeds of minerals in vertical alternating water flow to separate light and heavy minerals.
  • Capacity: 1～25t/h
  • Applications: The jig is a fixed screen type and is suitable for sorting metal ores, such as tungsten- and gold-containing placers, selected tin ores, etc. It can be used to sort both fine-grained materials and coarse materials. The ore feeding particle size is 6 to 8 mm. However, in individual cases of sorting placer ores, the particle size of the Huston jig is 12 mm.
  • Product Improvements: Huston sawtooth wave jig uses a tapered slide valve, which reduces the failure rate by 80% and consumes little energy. It can meet the needs of sorting different materials and increase the processing capacity by more than 35%.

shaker

  • Product Introduction: A shaking table equipment that utilizes the asymmetric reciprocating motion of the bed surface to separate light and heavy minerals.
  • Capacity: 0.1～1.8 t/h
  • Applications: The 6s shaking table equipment can be used for different operations such as roughing, selection, and sweeping, and can select different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and slime (-0.074). When processing tungsten, tin and other ores, the effective recovery particle size range of the 6s shaking table is 2-0.22 mm, and can also be used to sort iron and manganese ores.
  • Product Improvements: Huston mineral processing shaking table equipment adopts a cam lever bed head. Changing the position of the sliding head on the rocker arm can adjust the stroke, and the stroke frequency is adjusted by a smooth motor pulley.
