Gaoyan spiral classifier

  • Product Improvements: Huston hydrocyclone adopts the involute feeding method. This involute feeding port is helpful to increase the centrifugal force of the material, improve the classification effect, and greatly reduce the wear of the feed box.

Hydrocyclone group

  • Product Introduction: A cyclone group with high classification efficiency.
  • Capacity: Processing capacity ≤2500m3/h
  • Applications: The hydrocyclone group is used for separation of heavier coarse-grained mud and sand, classification, concentration, dehydration, desliming, sand removal, washing, ultra-fine classification, etc.
  • Product Improvements: The gapless gate valve developed by Huston Mining Machinery Company is installed at the ore feed port of each Huston cyclone group. The valve operates reliably, has small movement resistance, and at the same time, the valve space is very small, reducing the diameter of the entire cyclone group.

Submersible spiral classifier

  • Product Introduction: A classifier equipment in which the overflow end spiral is completely submerged under the liquid surface.
  • Capacity: 50～1410 t/d
  • Applications: The spiral blades at the overflow end of the submersible spiral classifier are all immersed below the overflow surface. It is mainly suitable for classifying ores with an overflow particle size of 0.15~0.07mm.
