Two-layer (three-layer) washing and thickening machine
- Product Introduction: A gold mining equipment used for solid-liquid separation of gold leaching liquid.
- Capacity: 10-250t/d
- Applications: The washing and concentrator is a special equipment for solid-liquid separation and washing of slurry after cyanide leaching. It can be used for dehydration operations in uranium mine hydrometallurgy, light industry, and chemical industry. It occupies a small area, saves energy consumption, and can simplify process configuration.

Advantages and Features
- Huston’s washing and thickening machine adopts a continuous ore discharge method, which can reduce multiple cycles of liquid gold, enable early recovery, and at the same time extend the time of the slurry in the thickener and increase the leaching rate

Case Study
In a gold mine carbon slurry processing plant hosted by Huston in Tanzania, Africa, two ordinary washing and thickening machines were originally selected for counter-current washing. However, due to the replacement of many equipments, the space was limited. Huston’s double-layer (three-layer) washing and thickening machine was selected. There was no big difference in washing effect and production efficiency. However, the problem of small floor space and insufficient space was well solved, and production costs were effectively controlled.
