Working Principle
Compared with ordinary crushing and screening operations, mobile crushing and screening equipment (mobile crushing station) is more convenient than ordinary crushing and screening operations. It is mobile, occupies a small area, and can be directly selected at the site. It can be put into production after being placed on site. More importantly, ordinary crushing and screening operations require belt conveyors for material transportation when feeding raw materials to the mine. However, the equipment of the mobile crushing station is closely adjacent to each other. There is no need for transmission in the middle. The materials can be directly transported to the crusher by an electric shovel. This not only reduces unnecessary processes and speeds up, but also greatly reduces operating costs.
