High-efficiency agitator scrubber
- Product Introduction: A scrubbing machine used to disperse mineral sludge, remove and scrub mineral surface impurities.

- Applications: Huston Mining’s high-efficiency stirring scrubbing machine is suitable for natural or artificial sand with a mineral particle size of 0-6mm, and various loose muddy granular mineralization or materials. It can scrub and purify particles and disperse, dissociate, and separate muddy materials. It can effectively remove solvents and soil adhered to the surface of minerals or materials.
- Product Improvements: The blades, shafts and tank of the high-efficiency agitator scrubber are lined with Huston wear-resistant rubber, which is easy to resist material impact and abrasion, has a long service life and a low failure rate.

Working Principle
Huston Mining’s high-efficiency agitator scrubber is mainly composed of a motor, reducer, main shaft, upper, middle and lower impellers, and a tank. The motor drives the three-layer specially designed rubber impeller on the main shaft to rotate through the hard-tooth surface reducer to scrub the material vigorously. The tank body is in the shape of a hexagonal body and is lined with Huston wear-resistant rubber.

Case Study
In a quartz sand concentrator project in Shanxi, Huston Mining used a high-efficiency stirring scrubber to remove film iron, bonding and muddy impurity minerals on the surface of quartz sand, and further crushed the mineral aggregates that were not monomers. Afterwards, the quartz sand was further purified through classification operations. The scrubbing effect was high and the equipment had a long service life. The customer was very satisfied with this.
