Rubber check valve
- Product Introduction: A rubber check valve made of wear-resistant materials and easy to release and shut off, also known as “duckbill valve”.

- Applications: Huston rubber check valves are widely used in various water outlets such as coasts, beaches, docks, reservoirs, municipal flood drainage, sewage tank discharges, odor barriers, pumping station systems, etc. It can completely remove debris without causing lax closure, and has maximum pipeline circulation capacity.
- Product Improvements: Made of No. 35 red rubber, the wear resistance index exceeds 128%, and the anti-corrosion and wear resistance is very strong. When it is immersed in a sulfuric acid solution with a concentration of 30%, at a high temperature of 90°C, the performance of the rubber will not change significantly after 48 hours.

Working Principle
The flexible check valve works automatically. Under the pressure of liquid flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens, and the pressure of the fluid itself is used to force the valve disc to open, and only allows the medium to flow in one direction, and prevents flow in the opposite direction.

Case Study
During the operation of the Sudan Gold Mine Concentrator, Huston rubber check valves were selected. Huston technicians selected special flange connections for them based on the actual conditions of the mine. During use, they have good sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and can be used normally in harsh environments. Experimental data shows that Huston No. 35 rubber flexible check valve was soaked in 30% sulfuric acid solution for 48 hours at a high temperature of 90 degrees, and the rubber properties remained unchanged.
