Jaw Crusher
- Product Introduction: A crusher equipment with high production capacity, large crushing ratio and high crushing efficiency, mainly used for coarse crushing.

- Applications: Jaw crushers are widely used in metallurgical mining, construction materials, silicate and chemical industries. In the mineral processing industry, it is generally used for coarse and medium crushing of hard or medium-hard ores.

Working Principle
The principle of jaw crusher is that through the periodic movement of the movable jaw, it swings around the fixed jaw, so that the material located between the two jaws is squeezed to produce a crushing effect. The structure of the jaw crusher mainly consists of a frame, an eccentric shaft, a large pulley, a flywheel, a movable jaw, a fixed jaw, a movable jaw, a side guard, a toggle plate, a gap adjustment screw, a return spring and other components. Among them, the toggle plate can also play an insurance role.

Case Study
During the cooperation between a gold mine concentrator in Jiangxi and Huston jaw crusher manufacturer, Huston customized a jaw crusher for the customer based on the high hardness of the customer’s ore and complete supporting facilities for medium and fine crushing. New high manganese steel was added to the deep cavity of the crusher to optimize the design of the machine. During use, the crushing efficiency is increased by 15% compared with the previously selected crusher, and the service life is extended by half a year; the cavity is deepened, and a discharge device is added to the discharge port. The clogging rate of the material port is almost zero. The application effect is good and it is deeply loved by customers.
