Cast steel ball
- Product Introduction: Casting steel balls (casting grinding balls) are made by heating scrap steel, scrap iron and other waste materials using an intermediate frequency electric furnace to fully melt the materials. During the melting process of the materials, an appropriate amount of precious metal alloys (such as ferrochrome, ferromanganese, ferrovanadium, etc.) are added to the furnace. The chemical composition is quenched and tempered inside, and after the temperature of the molten iron reaches above 1550°C and meets the requirements of the process regulations, the qualified molten iron is poured into the steel ball mold or the steel ball production line mold, so that the steel balls smelted through casting are cast steel balls.
