High chromium cast iron lining plate
- Product Introduction: The mass fraction of chromium in Huston high-chromium cast iron alloy lining plates is greater than 11%, and the ratio of chromium to carbon content exceeds 4.5. The destructive effect of carbides on the matrix is greatly reduced, so the toughness of Huston high chromium cast iron is better than ordinary white cast iron and low chromium cast iron. By adding other alloying elements and performing appropriate heat treatment, high chromium cast iron can obtain different matrix structures to meet the performance requirements of wear-resistant materials under various working conditions.
